Feta Masterclasses in 2 culinary schools in France
What’s a better way to promote feta than educating young chefs about it? 4 Feta Masterclasses have been scheduled in March and in May in France. The culinary schools that were selected are Lycée Hôtelier de Saint-Quentin en Yvelines and Lycée Hôtelier Francois Rabelais Dugny.
