Feta Masterclass at CIA in San Francisco
This January, Feta PDO hosted a Fetamazing Masterclass at the The Culinary Institute of America, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the United States.
The Masterclass that was attended by more than 100 students was given by the famous author and winner of 3 James Beard Awards, Janet Fletcher. All students at the The Culinary Institute of America received both theoretical and practical training on how to best blend Feta PDO with other ingredients to create the most impressive and delicious plates.
