CIA – Masterclass
The program “Feta PDO – Let’s Get Real” is traveling to the US and more specifically to San Francisco!
A very interesting Masterclass will take place next Monday in which the students in the prestigious culinary school, CIA, will have the opportunity to learn more about Feta PDO. The presentation will be given by Mrs. Janet Fletcher, a famous author and a winner of 3 James Beard Awards.
