Greek salad with Feta cheese

Greek salad is a traditional salad with high nutritional value which has been served in Greece for more than 2000 years.

Fresh and tasteful it constitutes a light and complete meal, ideal for any time of the day.

 

Ingredients:

 

2 tomatoes ripe but firm

1 cucumber cut in chunks

1 green bell pepper sliced into rings

1 red onion sliced/li>

10 olives

100 gr. Feta PDO

salt

olive oil

oregano

Instructions:

 

  1. Rinse all vegetables well and put them in a colander to let drain.
  2. In a salad bowl put the tomatoes cut in big chunks, the cucumber, the pepper rings and the onion.
  3. Add the olives and the Feta PDO.
  4. Salt, sprinkle with oregano and add the olive oil. Mix.
