Greek salad with Feta cheese
Greek salad is a traditional salad with high nutritional value which has been served in Greece for more than 2000 years.
Fresh and tasteful it constitutes a light and complete meal, ideal for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes ripe but firm
1 cucumber cut in chunks
1 green bell pepper sliced into rings
1 red onion sliced/li>
10 olives
100 gr. Feta PDO
salt
olive oil
oregano
Instructions:
- Rinse all vegetables well and put them in a colander to let drain.
- In a salad bowl put the tomatoes cut in big chunks, the cucumber, the pepper rings and the onion.
- Add the olives and the Feta PDO.
- Salt, sprinkle with oregano and add the olive oil. Mix.
